Designed for individuals of all experience levels and life stages, the MELT Method app offers a range of beginner-level videos to guide you through the practice or advanced treatments and programs to enhance your existing routine. You'll find targeted recovery treatments for joint and muscle pain, stress relief, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, sleep improvement, as well as performance-enhancing techniques to boost vitality and improve your favorite activities.
To help kickstart your self-care practice, we recommend exploring our "Getting Started Collection" which provides step-by-step guidance for the first four weeks of your new routine. Just ten minutes a day, three times a week can make a significant difference in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
Once you're familiar with the basics, our app offers helpful filters to find classes that address your specific needs such as pain points, skill level, session duration, or favorite MELT tool. Additionally, our Collections feature provides curated series of classes tailored to your goals and objectives. We continually update our video library to ensure you have access to fresh content every week!
Please note that the MELT Method app offers a free trial period. If you wish to avoid any charges, please remember to cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. Subscription fees will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your Account Settings in the app.
